We are pleased to announce the newest addition to the Pye Barker Fire & Safety family, Metro Fire & Safety out of Durham, NC. Owner, Charles Sanford, is a retired Durham city fireman who decided to continue his service to the community by opening a fire protection company over 20 years ago. With a focus on training and educating, Metro Fire became one of the premier fire extinguisher and restaurant fire suppression system service companies in the Raleigh-Durham area. Charles has also been very instrumental in the creation of the NCAFED, the North Carolina Association of Fire Equipment Distributors, which was formed to provide a safe environment for the workers, citizens, and visitors of North Carolina. We are excited to say that Charles will be joining Pye Barker in the capacity of Corporate Safety Director.
