Taking Care of our Community Starts with Our Team Members

At Pye-Barker, we believe in serving our customers and communities with pride, hard work and integrity.  We value the trust that our team members, customers and business partners place in us – we know that such trust is fundamental to our long-term success.

The Pye-Barker Code of Business lays out the principles that are vital to maintaining and protecting such trust. Compliance with the Code is our shared responsibility. As Pye-Barker team members, we pledge to live by our values and speak up when something doesn’t feel right – because that’s the right thing to do. 

We offer the Pye-Barker Speak Up Helpline as a way team members can voice concerns by phone or online, 24 hours a day, every day. The Helpline is managed by an independent third-party and allows for anonymous reporting. We make every effort possible to maintain confidentiality for Helpline reports.
