Pye-Barker is pleased to share that we are expanding our presence in the state of Colorado through the acquisition of Tri County Fire Protection. Tri County Fire is based in Rifle, CO and has four additional locations in the cities of Grand Junction, Steamboat Springs, Frisco, and Littleton. They are experts of restaurant fire suppression system installation and an Ansul Diamond Alliance partner. Additionally, they offer the inspection, installation, sale, and service of fire extinguishers, fire alarms, fire sprinkler systems, and backflow preventers.
Tri County Fire Protection has been in business for over 30 years. Owner Larry Uhrich acquired the company almost two decades ago, after successfully building then selling his own fire protection company. Between himself and his sons, Jason and Christian Uhrich, they have 47 years of fire protection experience. Larry will be leaving the company in our capable hands so he can pursue his real estate endeavors. His sons, Jason and Christian, will join the Pye-Barker management team where their vast industry knowledge and local connects will be of great value to our company as we further expand into this region.
Through his industry expertise and savvy business decisions, Larry built a business that was highly sought, and we are honored he chose us to carry it into the future. By combining his skilled staff with our resources, Tri County Fire will continue to be a leader in Colorado fire protection as part of the Pye-Barker family.
